I strive to change the conversations we have around birth, miscarriage, grief, and early parenthood; replacing stigma and silence with understanding and support. Through birth, bereavement, and sleep support, I aim to create a safe, steady space where every story is honored, every emotion is welcomed, and no one walks alone.

At Luminatal, I provide full-spectrum doula care — including birth support, postpartum guidance, and bereavement services to families in Thurston County, as well as online.
