Every birth story is unique.
Step into birth with
strength, care, & support.
Whether you carry joy, fear, grief, or a mixture of all three — you deserve steady, compassionate support as you bring new life into the world.
It would be an absolute honor to support you on this journey!
When you hire me as your birth doula, you’ll receive personalized, one-on-one trauma-informed care throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth, as well as into the first months postpartum. My role is to honor your story, hold space for every emotion, and walk beside you as you navigate this deeply transformative season.
Not in Thurston County? No problem. I also offer virtual birth doula services. With me as your virtual doula, you’ll still receive the same compassionate care and guidance — only now, we can meet over Zoom, coffee in hand, and yes, pajamas welcome — (in person, too!).

The Benefits of Hiring a
labor + birth doula
01. Emotional
Support
Doulas bring a calming, steady presence into the birthing space, encouraging you to trust your instincts. Doulas will remind you of your innate power, allowing you to birth on your terms. I will guide both you and your partner through vulnerable moments, holding you both in a safe space where grief, fear, and joy coexist.
02. Physical
Support
Doulas are trained in techniques to provide physical comfort during the pangs of labor. Whether it’s massaging, providing counter pressure, suggesting position changes, providing sips of water, or a wet, cold cloth cooling your forehead, we will get you through every contraction together.
03. Informational Support
Even before labor begins, it’s completely normal to have lots of questions! Doulas have a wealth of knowledge + resources that they are more than happy to share. From pregnancy through postpartum, I would be happy to answer your questions.
“It was amazing to have someone dedicated to holding space for me, my emotions, and my overall well-being during the entire process.”
