Gentle, professional care with the warmth of a friend who just gets it.
You shouldn’t have to face pregnancy or infant loss alone.
I’m here to listen, honor your baby, and help you navigate the days ahead.
1:1 Bereavement Support
Grief after pregnancy or infant loss can feel like uncharted waters — unpredictable, deep, and at times, unbearably quiet.
As a certified miscarriage doula, I act as a steady light in that darkness, staying beside you as you navigate through.
My role isn’t to “fix” your grief — where others may step back, I choose to sit with you in the discomfort; holding space for the tears, the silence, and the words that feel hard to say out loud.
Compassionate Support for Every Type of Pregnancy Loss
If you’re here, it may be because you’ve just experienced a loss… or maybe because you’ve been carrying one in your heart for a long time.
Either way, I want you to know — there is space for your story. Your grief matters. Your baby matters. And I will walk with you, one step at a time.
Loss takes on a different form for every family, and each experience is valid, real, and deserving of gentle care. I offer support for families experiencing:

-
An early miscarriage where the gestational sac formed, but you may have been told that it was “empty”.

-

Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give, but cannot. All that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go.
